Boot Camp

I am taking Fitness Boot Camp and let me say it WAS kicking my butt.  After the initial shock of my intense teacher, I told myself that I was going to work hard and kick some ass.  With 2 weeks down and the 3rd starting I am more fearless and have pushed myself harder than I ever have in my life.  I am proud of myself and the rest of my class.  We are gonna be so in some of the best shape of our lives by the end of our course.

Lend a Ear Sometime

Sometimes people should lend an ear to someone who needs to express their inner thoughts.  I had a very interesting conversation with a peer. that was in desperate need of some assistance.  And let me just say God was in the midst of that conversation! (how you duwin?!?)  The only way I knew to help her was tell her about my experience about the situation, not my opinion.  I pray that it helped her in some way.

Another thing.  I learned the hard way that it is not healthy to holding everything in.  Everything has a boiling point.
